Apple released BETA 3 of iOS 5 to the developers just a few hours for them to test it out and report and glitches or bugs. New features in BETA 3 include performance improvements, bug fixes, custom tones for tweets and assisted touch with gesture control.
So just like for all the previous releases iOS hacker ih8sn0w has updated the Windows version of his Sn0wbreeze jailbreak program to support the new version. The new Sn0wbreeze update also allows you to preserve the baseband of your iPhone 4 or 3GS if you tend to reply on Gevey SIMs or UltraSn0w for network unlocks. So if you wanna try it out do note this is just a tethered jailbreak unless you have an iPhone 3GS with the old bootrom, oh and the iPad 2 isn’t supported.

Those wondering, the jailbreakme exploit
cannot be integrated into applications
such as PwnageTool/redsn0w/sn0wbreeze.

redsn0w seems to be having sandbox errors
due to it using the old b1 kernel.
I and many others have not seen any issues
with sn0wbreeze related to App Store apps.
If you prefer to use redsn0w, I am sure
@MuscleNerd is working on a fix.
