After Sn0wBreeze’s two-year anniversary, iH8sn0w has seeded his popular jailbreak tool “Sn0wBreeze” to include the latest iOS 5.0.1 untethered support.
Following is the list of changes in Sn0wBreeze v2.9.1 :
- Brought back old firmware support in one release!
- GUI Improvements
- You can now build IPSWs with TinyUmbrella/iFaith blobs!
- Removes OTA Updates/badge on iOS 5.x.x.x+ devices
- Added an IPSW Downloader
- Built-in iREB functionality updated from newest iREB r5 module
- Custom Packages in Expert actually works now.
- All supported firmwares in this release are untethered
- Fixed iPhone 3G flashing with iPad baseband when chose
Sn0wBreeze 2.9.1 added support for all iOS firmware’s from 3.1.3 to 5.0.1. The 5.0.1 untethered jailbreak is only for A4 at the moment but it’s just matter of days when iOS 5.0.1 untethered jailbreak would be released for A5 devices.
