Add Background Image to Notification Center With CustomNCBackground

Do you want to customize your notification center by adding a background image? Well if your iDevice is jailbroken, you can thanks to this neat Jailbreak tweak.

Custom NC Background is a jailbreak tweak that allows you to add custom background image to your notification center by means of an image from the camera roll. Couples of settings are there which you can configure via settings panel, you can pick image directly from the camera roll or can take a photo from the camera to set it as a background image.

To get most of this tweak you must choose a picture with resolution with 640×960 for 4th generation devices and 320×480 for 3rd generation devices. This tweak has one great characteristic, it doesn’t lag like other jailbreak tweaks for notification center.

If you have a Jailbroken iDevice, then you must give Custom NC Background a try. It’s available on Cydia for free under ModMyi repository.

Instructions to install this tweak are:

Step 1. Go to Cydia on your Jailbroken iPhone, iPad or iPod.

Step 2. Search for “Custom NC Background” under ModMyi repository.

Step 3. Install the tweak and Restart SpringBoard.

Note: If you don’t have ModMyi repository, then add source (http://apt.modmyi.com)
