  • MiLi Universal Charger Review

The MiLi Universal Charger is a neat little Universal charger that has includes US, UK, Australian and European plug adapters. The MiLi Universal Charger also includes a flip out car plug and can charge two USB devices at once.

Basically what this means is that you can use this tiny little charger to charge your phone, iPod, headset or any other USB gadget in couples which really comes helpful when traveling. Both of the aforementioned ports flow with 5V/500mA of electricity. The charger also has an LED indicator to show the charge status of the device.

Another useful feature that the charger has is that it works with both 12-24V DC power or 100-240V AC inputs so if you’re traveling internationally, you won’t have to face the hassle of carrying power convertors. There’s also a mini surge protector to protect your devices from short circuiting.

So if you want a trusty iPhone 4S charger like I did then the MiLi Universal Charger is the device for you. The MiLi Universal Charger is available now in 9 different colors for $37.99 from MobileFun.

  • Grand Theft Auto V (GTA V) Coming To Wii U, PC And Next Generation Consoles?

Grand Theft Auto V or GTA V as the cool kids like to call it is only confirmed for the PS3 and Xbox 360 at the time of writing but new rumors ~(via International Digital Times) suggest that it’ll be announced for the Nintendo Wii U, PC and next generation consoles next month.

Nintendo hasn’t been home to many of the Grand Theft Auto games, in fact it has only had three: the original Grand Theft Auto on the Gameboy Color, Grand Theft Auto Advance on the Gameboy Advance and the timed Nintendo DS exclusive Grand Theft Auto: Chinatown Wars.

Although the main GTA games have been a common occurrence on PC, Playstation and Xbox consoles so it wouldn’t surprise me much if Rockstar announces the game on the aforementioned platforms.

gta screenshot 4 570x320 Grand Theft Auto V (GTA V) Coming To Wii U, PC And Next Generation Consoles?

The rumor dictates that the multiplatform announcement for GTA V will be announced at Take Two’s investment call on the 17th of May. Take Two are the publishers of GTA V of course.

If Grand Theft Auto V does go multiplatform, which platform will you choose to buy it for? Let us know in the comments below:

  • Activision Prepping New Call Of Duty Game For Mobile Devices

Looks like Activision isn’t done with Call of Duty on normal gaming devices yet, they want to expand to mobile devices too. Talking at the DMW Games conference, Activision’s Senior Director of Global Digital and Mobile sales Jon Estanislao talked in detail about the Call of Duty franchise and their focus on mobile devices.

Call of Duty Black Ops Zombies 570x299 Activision Prepping New Call Of Duty Game For Mobile Devices

Recently Activison has been behind the curve from it’s competitors regarding their focus on mobile and Call of Duty. They currently only have the Call of Duty Zombies game available on iOS and Android which isn’t that impressive to begin with.

Going forward for us, how do we really take that Call of Duty experience, what is the essence of it? These kinds of grandiose, immerse experiences–how do we move that to mobile or tablet? From a development perspective, we’re investing a lot more in understanding how to marry that together with how customers expect to play on those devices,

We’re definitely looking to reach out to our core audience and engage them beyond their TV or PC and then give them new experiences around Call of Duty that are unique for that device.

Sure sounds impressive, ready to take your Call of Duty on the go guys?

Tales of Xillia 570x320 Tales Of Xillia NA Release Date Set For August 6th

Talking with gaming site Kotaku, when asked about the possibility of seeing PS Vita remakes Tales of Innocence R and Tales of Hearts R making their way stateside series boss Hideo Baba didn’t seem very confident.

Unfortunately, at this present time we don’t have any plans to release any of the Vita titles,

One of the main reasons is, unfortunately the PlayStation Vita is doing relatively poorly in North America, so it’s one of those things that if the numbers increased considerably, then it’s something we could consider.

  • Call of Duty Black Ops 2 Uprising DLC Pack Now Official, Debut Trailer

Treyarch has finally made the long rumored second DLC pack titled ‘Uprising’ official. The Black Ops 2 Uprising DLC pack will be available on the Xbox 360 on April 16th. Check out the debut trailer for the Black Ops 2 Uprising DLC pack below:

So Uprising will contain four DLC maps namely Magma, Encore, Vertigo and Studio along with the Zombies map Mob of the Dead. Unfortunately this time around, there won’t be a DLC weapon like last time.

Magma takes place in a Japanese village freshly filled with molten hot lava from a nearby volcano, Encore takes place at an open concert in London, Vertigo takes place in a skyscraper in India and finally Studio is a reimaging of the much loved original Black Ops map Firing Range.

Mob of the Dead takes place in the famed Alcatraz prison and stars Billy Handsome (Liotta), Al “The Weasel” Arlington (Pantoliano), Salvatore “Sal” DeLuca (Palmentiri), and Michael “Finn” O’Leary (Madsen).

  • Call Of Duty Black Ops 2 DLC Map Pack #2 ‘Uprising’ Leaked Details

It’s April which means it’s almost time for the second DLC map pack for Call of Duty Black Ops 2. The first map pack ‘Revolution’ was pretty successful and worked well in Treyarch’s favor as they tried putting out new content like game modes and even DLC weapons which is a first for a Call of Duty game.

The second DLC map pack will supposedly be called ‘Uprising’ according to the various leaks from the past few days. We’ll try our best is summing them up before the official announcement, which can be any day now.

cod black ops 2 uprising dlc artwork Call Of Duty Black Ops 2 DLC Map Pack #2 Uprising Leaked Details

Above is the first leaked image of Uprising; we can read out the name’s out the maps which are Vertigo, Encore, Magma and Studio along with the Zombies map Mob of the dead. By the looks of it there won’t be a DLC weapon this time around.

The image above includes a nice analysis by Reddit user Nobyl, click to enlarge the picture.

cod black ops 2 uprising dlc artwork 2 Call Of Duty Black Ops 2 DLC Map Pack #2 Uprising Leaked Details

And now we have above another picture via Reddit of the same pre-order card.

The biggest info leaked is courtesy of YouTuber LiamFTWinter who managed to get some Uprising info from Xbox Live including the DLC’s full description and promo banner. The description is as follows:

Call of Duty®: Black Ops II Uprising includes four incredibly diverse Multiplayer Maps: Magma, Encore, Vertigo, and Studio: a reimagined adaptation of the fan-favorite Black Ops multiplayer map Firing Range. Uprising also introduces Mob of the Dead, Treyarch’s most terrifying Zombies experience to date. Top Hollywood talent rounds out a cast of four Prohibition-era gangsters that are forced to fend off hordes of the undead while imprisoned on San Francisco’s notorious Alcatraz Island. While guard towers and new weapons offer tactical advantages, survival offers an unprecedented new challenge for these four lost souls.

So Studio is a remake of the much loved Firing Range map from Black Ops 2, this is excellent news as a whole bunch of Black Ops 2 players wanted Treyarch to bring back the map like Infinity Ward brought back the Modern Warfare 2 map Terminal for Modern Warfare 3. The difference is that Treyarch will be modifying the map a bit or as they call it “reimagining”, exactly how similar will it play to Firing Range? We’ll find out when we see the map in action.

Here’s the promotional banner that came along with the description:

cod black ops 2 uprising dlc artwork promo banner Call Of Duty Black Ops 2 DLC Map Pack #2 Uprising Leaked Details

The Zombies map taking place in Alcatraz called Dawn of the Dead will mark the return of famed horror director George A. Romero who is a prominent character in the Zombies storyline, he debuted in Call of the Dead in the original Black Ops.

More information about the Dawn of the Dead is being discussed on the Black Ops 2 Zombies Reddit. This information supposedly comes from an Activision employee. Details are summed up nicely by Reddit user Zach34:

Here’s a basic outline of things said, hopefully it’s legit:

The four characters will die in the intro. They will come back in a Who’s Who-esque way. Buildables may play a big role, including building an airplane that is scripted to bring you to the Golden Gate Bridge. There is most likely a Pack-a-Punch around here.

The Warden is like the Cosmonaut. He may lock certain doors, such as locking a cell. 2-hit down with Juggernog.

Using an electric chair next to the pack-a-punch (since they’re ghosts) bring them back to the Island.

For the Wonder Weapon, it’s a “directional beam”. Apparently you can augment it to enhance it.

New perks will possibly be introduced. PhD may not return, but Deadshot may return. Apparently the Deadshot perma-perk is called “Heads Up”. Quick Revive may not make an appearance. Revive may not even play a part in the map. Instead, going down may give off a martyrdom effect. For a new perk, an electric burst may go off whilst reloading.

The map is supposedly “huge”. Music may be present throughout the entire map instead of ambient noises.

Separate areas may be incorporated, such as the different maps in Tranzit.

Uprising should be out on April 16th, but the official announcement should be made any day now. So who’s excited?

    Update: Uprising has been confirmed.
