    Angry Birds Angry Birds Now Coming To Facebook!

    Rovio the makers of Angry Birds just announced that the popular puzzle game is coming to Facebook. CEO Mikael head also said that the Facebook version features “completely new aspects to it that just haven’t been experienced in any other platform.” Looks like Zynga’s days are limited as the most popular app game is just about to crush the competition. Angry birds has been downloaded more than 30 million times on Android and a lot more on iOS. The game is currently available on PSP, PS3, PC, Android and iOS, And is soon to be available on Xbox360 and Wii.

  • Angry Birds Star Wars Coming Soon?

    Rovio, the group behind the Angry Birds games, released a photo showing a lightsaber-wielding bird. This undoubtedly suggests an Angry Birds Star Wars game.

    The company’s Tumblr page, on which this photo was released, says

    Times Square, New York, October 8th, 10am EST.

    HINT: Head to Toys R Us at 8am EST!

    Perhaps further details will be released then.

    Later, some new Angry Birds Star Wars updates surfaced through a Fast Company. Apparently, a new game titled “Angry Birds Star Wars” will cast the iconic birds as Star Wars characters. The red bird will be Luke Skywalker. A listing on Amazon.de for Angry Birds Star Wars Jenga confirmed the yellow bird as Han Solo and the Big Brother bird as Chewbacca.

  • Angry Birds Space – Coming March 2012

    Previously we reported on the little teaser Angry Birds made on their Facebook page earlier today. The secret is out and they ARE releasing a totally new game called “Angry Birds Space”. Yahoo! has the official info on the game and it is going to be something completely new for the franchise.

     

    Angry Birds Space is going to be taking the birds to outer-space. You’ll be going from planet to planet. The physics elements are going to be perfected even further, bringing in things like zero gravity and lightspeed to the mix.

    The game is going to come out in March 2012 and it is going to be released on every OS simultaneously. Our old Angry Birds will still make a comeback to this one with the addition of a few new characters. We can’t wait to get our hands on this.
