Ninja Theory’s reboot of the much loved Devil May Cry franchise has been given a very dark response, it was taunted for making Dante an Emo-ish character while in reality he’s on of the most charismatic characters in gaming. After the first “new” Dante didn’t go well with the audience Ninja Theory re-designed him.
This newer Dante looks a bit buffed and less Emo than the last one. There’s also some concept art at the end of this post. So has Dante moved on from Team Edward to Team Jacob? I have one major complaint among the many smaller ones though, why can’t Ninja Theory improve the frame rate? If a visually impressive game like Bayonetta can run on 60FPS then why not DmC.
