Olivetti is primarily a type writer company but is trying to diversify in this tech savvy world. The OliPad features some pretty bad ass hardware like; a 10-inch screen with 1024 x 600 resolution , 3G, Wi-Fi, Nvidia Tegra 2, 16gb SSD NAND flash memory, HDMI, USB, 1.3 Megapixel camera, and running on Android 2.2.2 which kept us wondering since we expected it to run on Android 3.0 Honeycomb like the Motorola Xoom. The company would also be launching an application warehouse it’s description quoted from Olivetti themselves is as follows: “a virtual storehouse of configurable and customizable software applications designed by Olivetti specifically for business and government.” The OliPad would go on sale this Monday for €399.

  • Motorola Droid 3 Leaked in How-To Videos

Recently released videos from the German site PhonePad show the upcoming Droid 3 in all its glory. Motorola had kept a really tight lid on this device – no rumors or leaks -but when it rains, it pours. These videos confirm and detail the existence of the third installment in the highly successful Motorola Droid series. According to the videos, the phone will sport a 4.3 inch display(likely qHD), HDMI – port, an 8-megapixel shooter on the back with the ability to record 1080p HD videos and lastly, an updated version of motoblur. This new version of motoblur can be seen in the videos along with the new lock screen, it is however, worth mentioning that the videos contain a watermark saying that the software isn’t final. • Frys Lists WiFi-only Galaxy Tab At Just $350

Frys has just announced that they will be selling the (older) Galaxy Tab for a shocking $350 with no clear release date yet. Don’t confused this with the newer Galaxy Tab though this one’s the old one.  The tablet is Wi-Fi only as in is not packed with a 3G radio like all the other Galaxy Tabs. The Galaxy Tab features a 7 inch display, 16gb of onboard flash memory and Android 2.2 Froyo with full flash 10.1 support. We know that there are much better tablets on the market available for a much cheaper price but the Galaxy Tab is still one of the leading Android tablets, also note that Sprint will soon be releasing it for $200 on a two year contract which sounds like a much better deal.
