  • Apple Rumored To Use Curved Glass For The iPhone 5 | iPhone 4S

    Another iPhone rumor for you folks, looks like Apple might be planning to use curved glass in the iPhone 5/4S similar to the one used in the Samsung Nexus S and Dell Venue Pro. 

    Apple has reportedly purchase more than 200 glass cutting machines since the direct purchase of curved glass would highly increase capital costs. The machines are currently stored in Apple assembly plants and will be moved as soon the yeild for curved glass rises. Apple is currently in talks with suppliers regarding cover glass, glass cutting, lamination and touch sensors to improve yields.

  • How To: Update To iOS 4.3 Using iTunes

    Updating your iPhone, iPod Touch, iPad or even your Apple TV using iTunes to the latest iOS is a very simple process, just follow the steps listed after the break.

    Step 1:  Connect your device to your computer using the USB cable.

    Step 2: iTunes will automatically detect your device and open up, if it doesn’t open it up yourself.

    Step 3: After your device is detected it will prompt for an update, if it doesn’t click the device’s name in the left hand menu and select ”Check for Update”. Make sure your computer is connected to the internet.

    Step 4: iTunes will then open a popup saying that an update for your device is available, proceed clicking the “Download and Update” button.

    Step 5: The download will depend on your Internet speed so don’t worry if it takes a while, make sure you don’t disconnect your device during the process.

    That’s it guys, after iTunes is done updating which should take around 30 minutes in total, it will then re-sync your device with your iTunes library and be able for your use again.
