Dead Island, which is going to be released this August on PS3, PC and Xbox 360, is the upcoming melee FPS game from Deep Silver. In this game, players will be trapped in an Island full of zombies and have to survive through this zombie apocalypse. This game seems to take a more serious approach in terms of emotions and story. See this “To Kill Time” video after the break.

The trailer has a Grindhouse like presentation which is a nod to the classic George A Romeo’s zombie movies.
The story is inspired by George A Romeo’s zombie movies, who also has a short cameo of himself.

Dead Island E3 Trailer Shows Partying Gone Wrong
This latest trailer from Deep Silver games was showcased at E3 2011. We can see a bit of the story in this trailer as the user seems to enjoys himself getting drunk meanwhile things start going blurry around him. The zombie outbreak occurs at this exact moment while the user is lying drunk in his bed.
The next morning when the user wakes up, he finds himself facing the zombie apocalypse. It is like a perfect paradise night gone wrong the next day. This game is a first person shooter with strong focus on melee combat rather then shooting. Seems like that the ammo will be very rare in the game. -

The Nuketown Zombies map was previously exclusive to players who purchased either the Hardened or Care Pack editions of Black Ops 2 but was later released for the Xbox 360 last month. Just like any other map, you’ll be able to purchase it separately or along with all other Black Ops 2 DLCs via the Call of Duty Season Pass.
The Season Pass introduced with Modern Warfare 3 allows you to purchase all of the year’s Call of Duty DLC content for $10 than it would to purchase separately ($50 compared to $60). Nuketown Zombies will arrive on the PS3 and PC on the 17th of January.
Treyarch also recently confirmed the Black Ops 2 Revolution DLC Pack which includes 4 brand new Multiplayer maps, a Zombies map, a brand new Zombies game mode along with the Peacekeeper SMG.
