  • Leaked iPhone 5 Screen Protector Is Bigger Than The iPhone 4 Itself

There’s a lot of contradiction regarding the screen of the iPhone 5, some reports say it will be bigger (3.7inchs to 4.2-inches according to different reports) while others say that it will be the same as the iPhone 4. This newly leaked screen protector of the alleged iPhone 5 tends to side with the prior reports as it’s bigger than the iPhone 4 itself.

Now that is quite a big screen around 4-inches plus much bigger than the iPhone 4′s 3.5-inch Retina Display. The screen protector also gives away the long rumored elongated home button which is supposed to bring gesture support to iOS devices. Another picture of the screen protector being compared with the iPhone 4 is below:

  • Modified iPhone 4 Coming Soon, iPhone 5 Might Face Production Issues

It seems 9to5Mac has gotten their hands on some pretty legit information which they are very confident about. They claim that there are indeed two different next generation iPhones in production, one being an upgraded iPhone 4 while the other being the much anticipated iPhone 5.

The lower end next generation iPhone possibly the iPhone 4S is being produced in massive numbers and will hit 10 million units by launch. The iPhone 4S will be priced aggressively as compared to the previous iPhones allowing Apple to capture more of the market share. The biggest news to come out of this report is that the iPhone 4S will be available on both pre-paid and post-paid plans which is a first for Apple.

The iPhone 5 which we’ve been waiting for quite some time now is said to face delays on at least one of their assembly lines which will cause shortages for quite some time. The iPhone 5 according to the site is said to be very light but still firmer than Samsung’s plastic ridden Galaxy line of phones, could Apple be using a new materiel in the iPhone 5 like liquid metal? Lastly Apple has focused greatly on the iPhone 5′s camera which is said to rival many dedicated cameras.

  • Facebook’s New Look: What Do You Think?

The Facebook developer conference (f8) held last week brought two major changes to our beloved Facebook. First is the Ticker which is located above the online friends for chat list while the second is a revamped Facebook profile dubbed Timeline.

  • BlackBerry PlayBook Might Be Coming To Verizon!?

Looks like the BlackBerry PlayBook might just lose it’s exclusivity from Sprint and arrive over to Verizon too which is on fire, first claiming the iPhone 4 from AT&T, getting the Motorola Xoom and now this. The page located here looks pretty legit, also the website is owned by a marketing agency that apparently works for both Verizon and RIM (makers of the BlackBerry). If this rumor turns out to be true who knows what new features the Verizon PlayBook could have, a 10 inch PlayBook with LTE would be a nerd’s dream come true. If it doesn’t have anything new and is just plain CDMA then Sprint’s WIMAX enabled PlayBook would be the device to get.
