This is going to be a straight forward tutorial about adding images to your contacts in your Galaxy Y running Android 2.3.5
One thing to remember here is the Galaxy Y does NOT let you add photos to the contacts that are stored in the SIM’s memory, it only allows photos in contacts that are in your phone’s memory. So be sure to transfer all of your contacts to your phone memory too before doing this.
Go to any contact’s page by tapping on the name, a new screen will show up and it’ll look something like this:
Press the menu key to show the following menu:
Tap on “Edit” and you will be taken to the edit page:
Here you can do all sorts of stuff from adding image to adding other details from email address to nicknames and other little details.
