How To: Make Windows Log On Automatically
Have you ever gotten irritated by the fact that you’ve to enter your log on password every time you start or reboot your Windows PC or laptop, OR you have multiple user accounts in your OS and you want just one of them to log on without prompting for password,
Well, here’s a very simple solution for it…
1. Type in ‘netplwiz‘ in the start menu search box, or in the run box:
( If this doesn’t work, type in ‘control userpasswords2‘ )

2. Select your default account or the one you wish to enable auto-log on for:

Uncheck the box on the top that reads “Users must enter a user name and password to use this computer”, then press Apply.
3. Enter the username and password and click OK .

NOTE: The above mentioned steps work for Windows XP, Vista and Seven.
