Resident Evil 6 is due for October and we’re all excited, so to subdue some that lets check out some newly outed details and screenshots.
- As expected the C-Virus will be the focus of the game.
- Zombies are able to wields weapons including guns, axes and pipes. They can be disarmed by shooting in their hands like Resident Evil 4 and 5.
- Zombies are able to perform advanced movement actions like dodge, jump and climb.
- Players can move and shoot with their characters at the same time.
- The Mercenaries mode will be available on Day 1 and no as DLC. Now this is something Capcom is unlikely to do but we’ll go with it anyway.
- Mercenaries mode will be huge.
- An incident will totally change Chris Redfield’s personality during the game.
- Jake Muller or Wesker’s son as he’s popularly known now is mercenary out in Europe fighting to earn some money for his mother.
- Ada Wong, the mysterious starlet is responsible for the incident in China which causes Chris to get chasing after her.
- Muller is immune to the Virus and is contacted by Sherry Birkin to help her save the world.
- The campaign will take place in three parts, each with their own protagonist namely Chris, Leon and Jake.
- Leon’s first mission takes place in a Library which will have more of a survival horror atmosphere.
