  • Call Of Duty: Black Ops 2 Hardened And Care Package Editions Revealed

Call Of Duty: Black Ops 2 will come in two special flavours alongside the regular edition of the game. The Hardened and Care Package editions will offer a lot of goodies ranging from special in-game content to an official soundtrack disc. The Care Package will arrive in a care-package inspired case as the name implies and includes a remote control Dragonfire drone. Pretty neat, eh? We all were wondering what Treyarch will release this time as a special edition collectible this time, with Black Ops it was the RC car and now this time it is a Dragonfire drone.

So its official, you’ll be able to stream matches directly to YouTube via your Xbox 360 or PS3. Its not known if the PC and Wii U versions will support the feature too.

Seeing famous personalities in trailer for COD games is not new, previous COD titles have featured famous personalities in their live trailers like Kobe Bryant, Sam Worthington, Jonah Hill and Jimmy Kimmel.

The trailer shows off the exciting features of the game including airstrikes, sniper riles (I saw the DSR-50 there), Quadrotors and even Zombies at the end.

  • Treyarch Confident Black Ops 2 Will Outdo Its Predecessor

Treyarch, the guys behind 2010′s highly popular shooter Call of Duty: Black Ops and now Black Ops 2 seem to be very confident about their latest game. The studio is going all out with Black Ops 2′s development said studio boss Mark Lamia has said in an interview with AusGamer.

As we were wrapping up Black Ops 1, the team was really firing on all cylinders. And while we really gave everything we had to that, and we were really happy with it, we kind of felt like, as a team, that was the first time that the entire studio had just focused on one game,

So we were really proud of what we’d created, but we felt like that was kind of like the base-level. We felt like we could push it so much more. So that’s why you’re seeing so many new things go into Black Ops 2.

The fiction itself, to take it to the near future, we can trace that back to while we were in submission with Black Ops 1. The game is basically done, it’s submitted to first-parties — which as it’s being manufactured; before it hits the shelves.

In the past, sometimes we’ve felt like we need a little bit of a break, but we were just super-excited about what we had created, so we started spinning on “hey, with this one, we can take it to the near future. But we want it to be a sequel to the characters; and we can do this generation spinning”. Just all of these different ideas started coming to the surface.

So, while — like I said — probably the worst kept secret in gaming is that Treyarch are making Call of Duty: Black Ops II, exactly what Call of Duty: Black Ops II is, is probably the best kept secret in gaming.

Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 is expected to hit stores November 13th for the Xbox 360, PS3 and PC.
