Apple has just release iOS 4.3.5 for iPhone 4, iPhone 3GS, iPad 1, iPad 2, iPod Touch 3G and iPod Touch 4G just ten days after the previous iOS 4.3.4 release. The update seems to fix a very critical issue.
The iOS 4.3.5 changelog had the following to say:
A security issue has been resolved with certificate verification.
What could this mean? We don’t know. We would recommend staying far away from the update if you have a jailbroken device and plan to make it stay that way since we don’t know if iOS 4.3.5 somehow manages to block jailbreak utilities. If you have a non-jailbroken device then you should update as soon as possible, how you ask?
- Connect your device to your Computer.
- Open iTunes and select your device.
- Click “Check for updates”.
