Asura’s Wrath is a new video game from developer Cyber Connect 2 and is being published by Capcom. This gameplay trailer is the first ever gameplay footage which shows a lot of pounding and pummeling. See it after the break.
We can notice a lot of fighting in this trailer. The graphics look really solid with their unique art style and the frame rate is quite stable. That is of course, if this is really in-game footage of this game running on either PS3 or Xbox 360. The thing that worries us is the camera. It seems to be locked behind the player like in Third Person Shooters, which really distracts the player from the action. If this is indeed the final gameplay and not the prototype design then we just hope that they at least make it less distracting so that we can focus freely on the action.
The fighting right now feels lacking but of course this game hasn’t been finished and it is still in the development phase. The in-game HUD hasn’t been finalized yet so it is missing in this video. Their is some sort of flying section as well where we will control the main hero and have to fly like in space shooters and dodge missiles.
