iOS 6.0.1 update to bring numerous bug fixes

Apple released the iOS 6 update for the iPod, iPad and iPhone over a month ago. It brought a lot of new features to these devices like better iCloud support, all new Facebook integration, Panorama mode in the camera and over 200 other small features. However just like with any major release, there are a few issues in iOS 6 that needs to be addressed. These issues, according to a report, will be fixed in the upcoming iOS 6.0.1 update that is currently in testing.

One of the issues that will be resolved in iOS 6.0.1 update is the keyboard glitch we talked about that iPhone 5 users were facing. Other issues that will be resolved relates to the cellular data not working in some cases. Wifi will also be improved. Other bugs fixed in iOS 6.0.1 is a bug that allowed access to Passbook pass details from the lock screen, and also finally fix the bug that caused Exchange meetings to be unexpectedly cancelled for the entire calendar invite group. There’s an issue with the camera flash sometimes not going off sometimes, which will also be taken care of.

The iOS 6.0.1 update is currently in testing phase with carriers and will be pushed to users in the coming weeks.
