Japanese magazine Jump revealed a brand new character debuting in Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy XIII called Lumina.
Lumina looks very similar to Serah from previous Final Fantasy XIII games, her role in the game is not revealed yet although it is said that she’ll both help and get in Lightning’s way.
The magazine also showed off two costumes for Lightning (viewable in the scan above) that she can change into during the game. The Dark Muse gives Lightning a short Broadsword and a shield while The Lonely Soul is similar to a Samurai’s armor.

Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy XIII will be the last game in Lightning’s Saga and will be hitting stores for the Xbox 360 and PS3 sometime this year.
