  • Frys Lists WiFi-only Galaxy Tab At Just $350

Frys has just announced that they will be selling the (older) Galaxy Tab for a shocking $350 with no clear release date yet. Don’t confused this with the newer Galaxy Tab though this one’s the old one.  The tablet is Wi-Fi only as in is not packed with a 3G radio like all the other Galaxy Tabs. The Galaxy Tab features a 7 inch display, 16gb of onboard flash memory and Android 2.2 Froyo with full flash 10.1 support. We know that there are much better tablets on the market available for a much cheaper price but the Galaxy Tab is still one of the leading Android tablets, also note that Sprint will soon be releasing it for $200 on a two year contract which sounds like a much better deal.

  • Google Renovating Its Mobile Site

Our friends at Phonearena just discovered that Google is giving a whole new look to it’s mobile site. First it was for the iOS and now when browsed from an Android device Google has an all new look. As it can be seen from the picture above(courtesy Phonearena) that there are different tabs or icons which can be pressed to move to the specific service(News, places etc.) making the website a whole lot easier to use.

The more button can be pressed to see the other services of google and other than that the settings for the search can also be given. We’ve really like the new interface and let us know through comments what do you think of it. Stay with us as we bring you more updates

  • Call Of Duty Android App Released On The Android Market! Download Now!

After releasing the iPhone version, Activision has finally pushed the Android version of Call Of Duty Elite to the Android Market. Requiring a free (or paid if you want the premier functions), the app helps you track your Modern Warfare 3 and Black Ops multiplayer progress wherever you go.

After using for a couple of hours I can sadly confirm that this app is a very shoddy iOS port. The back button doesn’t work, there are numerous force closes, bugs and glitches. I hope the devs fix these as soon as possible as the iOS version works much better.

  • Download The Google Plus App For Android Here

Yes guys Google’s second run in the social networking race Google Plus (or Google+ as the logo suggests) has finally hit BETA. The network is currently invite only but if you have managed to get one then good for you. Currently there are two options to access Google+ on mobile devices, an HTML 5 version which can be accessed through a mobile browser and a native full blown app for Android with additional features.

The only downside to the app is that it’s not available worldwide so you would need to either fake your provider using MarketEnabler from the Android Market place or directly download the app from the download link at the end of this article and install it using a file manager. There’s also an introduction video to the app below.

  • Droid RAZR Image Leaked From Verizon’s Teaser Page

The Motorola Spyder, Droid HD or Droid RAZR as it’s now known to be called is set to be announced at tomorrow’s event organised by Verizon and Motorola but our friends over at Droid-Life managed to find an image of the super thin superphone from Verizon’s teaser page which you can check out after the break.

I’m honestly speechless, this has to be one of the best looking phones I’ve ever seen. We’ve always known how Motorola is capable of manufacturing excellent hardware but this is just brilliant but only if there are no design faults like a death grip. We’re still not sure if this phone will be running Gingerbread or Ice Cream Sandwich, Gingerbread more likely since ICS is known to get rid of those physical front buttons. More information for regarding the Droid RAZR is expected tomorrow at the official launch event.
