  • Breaking Bad Season 4 Finale – “Face Off”

Breaking Bad Season 4 Finale is merely three days away. The last episode titled “Face Off” is going to continue from where we left off, Gustavo has gotten more clever about his safety and he won’t let Walter or Jesse outsmart his wit. Gustavo Fring is the most amazing drug lord I’ve seen who could possibly be called better than Scarface. Gus has a very clever personality, he’s always ten steps ahead of his foes and always outsmarts them in their own game.

    Breaking Bad Season 4 Finale

I am extremely excited for the Breaking Bad Season 4 Finale! Walter and Jesse try hard enough to get him in the previous episode “End Times”, but he sees right through their idea. This last episode will finally show something happen to Gus, either that or we’ll see Gus’ past from Chile which hasn’t been exposed even now. It’s either going to be Gus or Walter as Jesse picks his side and works on it. A fifth and final season has also been confirmed for the show which makes me wonder If they’ll show Gus’ demise in the Breaking Bad Season 4 Finale or just continue his role in the next season. I seriously doubt two men could take out the kingpin who single-handedly destroyed the entire Mexican Cartel!

Gustavo Fring - The Baddest Boss Ever!

Gustavo Fring – The Baddest Boss Ever!

I myself think Gus should not be killed this season, I think he has a strong enough personality to not be wasted like this. With another season been greenlit by AMC, I find no reason to make one of the strongest role of the series gone. I think Brock took the poisoned cigarette from Jesse’s pocket himself and he wasn’t poisoned by Gus. I think Breaking Bad Season 4 Finale is going to show the three men settling their disputes and continuing their work like good businessmen, instead of being revolted by Gus. Walter should thank Gus for making him a millionaire over night rather than making bombs to fit in his car.

Be sure to catch the Breaking Bad Season 4 Finale this Sunday on AMC. We are going to be reviewing the episode as soon as its out, so stick to this space.

  • Firefox 7 So Soon? Is Mozilla On A Version Spree?

It was just a month ago that I upgraded my already upgraded Firefox to version 6. I found not many new features in the new browser and it felt almost identical to the 5th version. Now about 5 days ago Mozilla released Firefox 7! I thought it was some sort of a practical joke and Firefox was just messing around. BUT NO, it was a new release of their most awesome browser.

So what does Mozilla Firefox 7 have that the previous version didn’t? Well Mozilla’s official statement promises a whole new world of browsing but I still see the same old browser that was originally Firefox 4! In every new version, they add a couple more tweaks here and there and come out with a brand new version altogether! Meanwhile, their competitor, Google is still testing a beta for Chrome with a stable release out for the public.

I think Mozilla should either start using more decimals in their new releases or just stay with one number, but If I see Firefox 8 in a few days, I’m going to expect at least a new interface! Oh speaking of a new version, If you’d like to test out the Firefox Aurora (fancy name for Firefox 9 Beta) or any other imminent release, check out the link below.

  • Apple Makes The iPhone 4S Official

Tim Cook, the newly appointed CEO of Apple Inc. has just gone ahead and made the iPhone 4S official. After the months and months of rumors, the moment is finally here; and it seems that the speculators were really close this time!  The phone(as rumored) looks exactly like the iPhone 4 but Apple emphasized that it’s not the case with the insides.

It sports a dual core A5 processor, previously seen on the iPad but Apple has another trick up its sleeve. They’ve even managed to cram a dual core GPU into the device, which is promised to increase the graphics performance by over 7 times!

The next noticeable thing is the totally redesigned antenna. There are now two sets of antennae on the sides, which intelligently switch between one another depending on which one gets the better signal, so now if you’re ‘Holding it Wrong’ the phone will automatically switch to the antenna on the ‘right’ side.  The It features the same 3.5″ 960×640 Retina Display. The camera has also been totally revamped. The new camera now features an 8-mega-pixel sensor, but Apple says mega-pixel count isn’t everything; notable additions are the backside illuminated sensor, which will pave way for extremely improved low light performance. The new assembly also has the ability to shoot at apertures as low as f/2.8, which will give better background blur and much better low light performance. The camera is also capable of recording in Full HD 1080p

The iPhone 4S also features Siri Virtual assistant. It’s basically voice control on steroids. You just have to tap the Mic icon on the keyboard and you can then speak to write text, control music, find directions among other things.

The 4S will be unleashed  on the masses October 14th, with the pre-orders starting  from the 7th. The pricing is the same, $200 for the 16GB model and $300 for the 32GB, however, the 4S also comes in a new flavor, the 64GB, coming in with a price tag of a whopping $400!

  • How To: Force Mango Update On Your Windows Phone 7 Phone

Windows Phone 7.5 Mango was released to the public a couple of days ago and so far carriers are trying their best to get Redmond’s latest mobile operating system to the masses. Fortunately a method to force the Mango update has surfaced on the interwebs. Check out the guide after the break on How to update mango update on your Windows Phone 7 phone.

    The guide is below:

    1. First of all connect your WP7 device to your PC (using a USB cable is preferred) and launch the Zune client. Wait for it to recognize your device before you start.
    2. Click on the Phone menu on top and then Setting to the right. Then click on Update which will be the sixth option from the top.
    3. After clicking the update button immediately disconnect the Internet from your computer.
    4. After around 20-30 seconds you should get a message that an update is available. This is the 7392 update, go ahead with the update. Do note is not Mango, 7392 is a post No-Do update.
    5. After the 7392 update is properly installed you should get another notification about an update being available, if you don’t just do steps 2 to 4 again.
    6. Install the 7403 update.
    7. Now after 7403 is installed another update should popup which is Mango, if it doesn’t just follow steps 2 to 4 again.

And that’s it guys, now you have Windows Phone 7.5 running on your phone.

  • iPhone 4S Images Leak From Apple’s Website

A pair of images have popped up on Apple’s website which are of the iPhone 4S it seems, the phone shown in the images (after the break) looks exactly like the iPhone 4 strengthening the rumor that it will be an iPhone 4 with upgraded specs like the iPhone 3GS was to the iPhone 3G.

The phone in the image seems to be running on iOS 5 because it has the Newstand app on the homescreen which is only present in iOS 5. The phone also has a gap in the upper right corner of the metal band just like the CDMA iPhone 4 which could indicate that the iPhone 4S will be a dual mode phone i.e will run on both GSM and CDMA networks. We’re just a few minutes from the official announcement at Apple’s on going Lets Talk iPhone event so lets have some patience shall we?
