PlayStation will make four games available to every PlayStation Plus membership tier from September 1 through October 5, 2026. The monthly selection includes Sniper Elite: Resistance, MLB The Show 26, Wobbly Life and Chained Echoes, according to CNET.
Players can add the titles to their libraries during the claim window, with the lineup covering military action, baseball, a cooperative sandbox and a fantasy role-playing game. Three of the four releases support PlayStation 4, while MLB The Show 26 is limited to PlayStation 5.
The four-game offer spans PS5 and PS4
- Sniper Elite: Resistance comes to PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4. It takes place in occupied France during World War II.
- MLB The Show 26 is available on PlayStation 5. It is the latest entry in PlayStation’s annual baseball series.
- Wobbly Life supports PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4. Its open-world sandbox can be played solo or cooperatively.
- Chained Echoes is available on PlayStation 4. The single-player RPG features swords, magic and mechs, with a style inspired by 16-bit-era fantasy games.
The roster gives PS4 owners three games to claim, despite the newer console’s larger role in current releases. That matters because the offer reaches every membership tier, so the platform split affects subscribers across the full PlayStation Plus customer base rather than only people paying for a higher-priced plan.
The annual baseball release is the PS5-only entry
MLB The Show 26 stands apart as the only PS5-exclusive selection and the only annual sports release in the group. Its inclusion gives baseball fans an entry point in the current season’s game, while Wobbly Life adds a shared-play option for households and friends using either PlayStation generation.
PlayStation has not specified the exact time on September 1 when the games will become claimable or the time on October 5 when they will leave the offer. The announcement also does not say whether regional availability restrictions will apply.
